Wrapped in the spirit of Eastern European tradition, Babcia’s Perogies is a one-of-a-kind upcycled quilted coat handcrafted from a vintage, scrap-fabric quilt. Its patchwork of bright, bohemian florals echoes the resourceful artistry of generations of Polish women—women like my own Babcia, who stitched beauty from whatever fabric life offered her.

The quilt’s story continues here: transformed into a modern, wearable piece of art while preserving every bit of its original character. The exterior bursts with lush, folkloric colour, while the complementary hand-stitched lining feels as lovingly precise as a batch of homemade perogies. But smells a lot less like cabbage. 

This coat is durable, soulful, and unmistakably unique—made from strong materials and stronger memories.
